How Chicago's 'Fraternal Order of Propaganda' shapes the story of fatal police shootings

The public has been fed false information about police shootings by the Fraternal Order of Police for years. HLO is proud to represent the family of Marlon Horton--who is mentioned in this story. Mr. Horton was physically attacked and then shot and killed by off-duty Chicago Police Officer Kenneth Walker after Walker saw Horton urinating on (or near) Walker's car. Marlon Horton was unarmed.
